Cancellation Policy

​Cancellation Policy I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

During the busy month of December, please allow 4 days’ notice for any changes to your booking. Thank you so much for your understanding—it helps me keep things running smoothly and offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting.
